Thanks!  I just need subs I could manage.  We just need some electrical installed for recessed lighting and ceiling fans, we need to put a beam up to open up the kitchen to living room and then will need to find someone to install floors (possibly wood)

My wife and I just bought a fix and flip in Columbus but we are struggling to find good electricians and contractors for opening up some walls.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

We had some realtors tell us that appraisals were coming in 100-150k lower than sales price in Raleigh which is an issue for us with financing.  Is this actually happening?

Hi everyone!  My wife and I are new to the area and looking to get some referrals on realtors in the market down here.  We are expecting our first child so have an expedited timeline on our home search and would love some thoughts!

I would prefer a longer term rental but also would not be opposed to doing Airbnb rentals.  As for property types I would prefer a duplex or triplex so that it could be an owner occupied situation for the first year until I become more familiar with the area
