My name is Brad Taber and I will be moving down to Cincinnati in June and started looking at housing.  I've been looking in the mount adams area but would love to learn about other neighborhoods that could be interesting for an owner occupied property.

I would also look into Norwood, and Madisonville areas. Both are "up and coming" with a lot of investing going on there, can still likely get in before the market peaks.
