I’m in the same process and got stuck when I thought about insurance. I know I need to update my coverage but my mortgage company handles the escrow account for insurance payment. Seems like I can’t move it to and LLC for that reason...

Has anyone ever invested in Eastern Europe (specifically Croatia)? I'm sure I need an accountant help for international investing purposes, but I'd like to know some more general anecdotes.

The specific language was, "Buyer agrees to pay $495 at time of closing to XYZ Properties for admin and document storage fees."

I've bought more than 8 properties in my life. While working with a new realtor, he inserted a $500 fee, paid by me (the buyer) in an offer I was making on a duplex. The fee was said to cover his fees owed to his agency. I've never heard of this before, he removed it upon my questioning, but isn't this what his 3% of the sale is supposed to cover?
