Has anyone ever invested in Eastern Europe (specifically Croatia)? I'm sure I need an accountant help for international investing purposes, but I'd like to know some more general anecdotes.

Great place to invest for tourism. Anywhere on the coast has high AirBNB potential. Although from the rest of Balkan countries in the area Croatia will have the highest taxes because of its affiliation with the EU.
