I'm looking to get my first wholesale deal and I'm trying to find a good (1) Purchase and Sale Contract, and (2) a Purchase Assignment Contract.  Anyone know where to find these?  Thanks!

Hello community!  Anyone here wholesaling in South Jersey (Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington counties)?  I'm want to jump in, but I'm not sure how.

Thanks Richard.  I've been combing the internet looking for foreclosures or something that I can afford as a cash purchase.  It all seems so murky when you don't really know what to look for.  Where and how do I find my first property?  I'm down in South Jersey.  It seems unlikely that I'll find a property the way I've been going.  

Hello everyone!  I have some money that has been sitting in a savings account not doing much of anything for me.  I'm wondering if there's anything that I could do with $5-$15k to make money in real estate???  This is all new to me.
