ListSource.com or out dated Craigslist, find the deals off market. Then assign the deal to an investor. If you don`t have cash for the deal you could try short term owner finance. Transactional money might take too much of your profit margin.

Bro you`re a wholesaler put up signs (We Buy Houses) fill up your voicemail with sellers. The point is, 'scrap' until you get enough cash to eventually close yourself. You got this!

So as for now I am working 84 hours a week and a fulltime student in college and seeking as much knowledge on creative financing as possible. Currently saving my initial capitol investing funds. I have a 10X (Grant Cardone) mindset mixed with a 4 Hour Life (Timothy Ferriss) dream and Real Estate is my vehicle.
