So as for now I am working 84 hours a week and a fulltime student in college and seeking as much knowledge on creative financing as possible. Currently saving my initial capitol investing funds. I have a 10X (Grant Cardone) mindset mixed with a 4 Hour Life (Timothy Ferriss) dream and Real Estate is my vehicle.
