I'm closing on a property that I'm going to refinance into a buy and hold after some repairs in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. Not too far from Orlando.
I'm looking for any recommendations for a property manager who serves that area.
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to BP Brandon, would love to connect!
Awesome! I see you're a lender, are you private?
What does lending typically look like for you?

Glad your making moves!
Wisdom for you: Go to your local real estate meet up and network with any flippers there to learn from them and also sell them your whole sale deals. If you can start your own meet up that would be even better.
Good luck!
How exactly would you start your own? Meetup.com?
Hi Brandon!
My partners and i host a meetup every month, you're more than welcome to come. Here's the link for the next one :)
Oh that's awesome! I see everybody is in Tampa. I'd love to go, Brass Tap is really close to my house there. Thank you for the invitation :)
So I was trying to figure out what the benefit of Astroflipping is too..
If you have a DEAL under contract, finding an investor to sell it to shouldn't be very hard. However, I'm wondering how they actually help you find a deal and get it under contract in the first place..
Does Keyglee have a lead generation system online (PPC, SEO) and then gives them to the students to negotiate?.. Only thing I can think of.

Yeah! Meetup.com has the best results for us. Eventbrite is another and posting it on BP too. Targeting a specific niche will help as well. We started with house hackers and new investors but now it has grown to all types of investors.
My first house I had under contract had a lot of bites from simply posting on craigslist and Facebook as well. But of course, the more the merrier.
Exposure = Value

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to make a short post to introduce myself as I am brand new to the forum and just starting my real estate investing journey.
My name is Brandon, and I am based in Tampa FL. I just now got my LLC company TPA home investments and would like to start wholesaling some properties!
My goal for next year is to get into fix & flips by the end of 2023. Maybe even some buy and hold rentals.
Feel free to check me out! Currently I use REI Blackbook as my CRM and have been doing direct mail for marketing using print genie.
As well, I post on Craigslist daily and am just getting into starting a PPC campaign. All the while I plan to slowly build my SEO.
If you are a real estate investor or other professional in the Tampa area, please, drop a comment and introduce yourself!
If you have any words of wisdom perhaps, if you were to start your investing journey all over again.. drop a comment! I want to hear them all ^_^
If you just would like to reach out and say hi.. Drop a comment! ha
Happy holidays to all, I look forward to making lasting connections here
Sincerely,
Brandon
