thanks for the follow up. Yeah I just wanted to see which options folks recommended between the 2. I’ll consider that. Also did anyone have any standard leasing agreements for long term tenants?

Has anyone purchased an owner occupied single family and rented the rooms? I’m currently about to the same and either use Airbnb or long term tenants/roommates.

What are some recommendations for searching foreclosed homes? Is there a listing hat is typically used? Last not least, will I be required to put 20% down or can I use the FHA 3.5% route on a foreclosed home? Thanks team!

I am finding myself in a similar situation regarding housing prices near Astoria, and it seems New Jersey may be the answer. What are some other reputable, yet affordable area in Jersey you recommend for a single first time home buyer?
