Good morning BP family! I am fairly new to the site, and to real estate industry for that matter. Very early on (the first two months working with my broker) I was fortunately able to work with four different buyers on finding and closing on their first home in my area. Needless to say, I thought this is going to be easy! Fast forward four months, and I have realized that is not always the case. I would really like to hear from all of you, did this happen early in your career? If so, what steps did you take to get ball back rolling? Thanks in advance for all of your advice.

Hey Joey! While I work on the other side of the real estate industry as an agent, I find myself in the same situation. Fortunately, I have a sales job that allows me to work remotely. Even if an outside sales position requires you to travel 2-3 days per week, this still provides you with time to get your real estate investing career up and running.
