Sorry, I should of be more specific. I meant Columbus, OH. I looked at a few areas but the main areas were old town east, Gahanna, Hill top, and down buy OSU. How is Columbus, GA???

I am new to the OPM game and trying to break in. Does any one know a market that is hot with subject to and/or seller carry. I’m in Souther Cali and have researched Columbus but both markets are moving to fast and most want huge downs, (so I might as well go traditional). I’m open to any market as I travel a lot.
