Congrats @Megan Greathouse. I'm a newbie that is trying to break through the procrastination and inactivity barrier.
I love your quote; "A ship in harbor is safe - but that's not what ships are built for." (John A. Shedd). Very inspiring.
Thanks for sharing.

@Adam Browning Wishing you much success with your first deal. I'm behind you in the sense that I haven't found a deal yet but hope to be in the mix soon.
Blessings to you Adam.

@John Monday I feel blessed to have some many people chime in here. Honesty is definitely a theme here.
So far I'm still in the contract review stage. I've got several that I need to look at before making a decision on which one to edit to my taste.

Hello BP family,
I'm just starting to dive into Wholesaling and I'm wondering how you handle disclosing the amount of money you plan to make on the deal so the seller isn't surprised with this number at closing. I'm thinking of assigning my contracts to another person and I've heard that sellers are sometimes upset when this comes up at the closing table.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks in advance,
Brandon

@Larry Turowski Thanks so much. I will add this to the others I'm reviewing. This one is diffidently a bit more substantial than any of the others I've come across.

Hello BP family,
My name is Brandon and I'm fairly new to the BP family. I'm looking for California wholesale related contracts to review.
I've started by searching the File Place here on the BP site but I'd really like to have more examples to go over. Are there any other sites where I can get more examples? Examples of A to B and B to C contracts for a double close would be really helpful. (Please correct me if i'm not stating something correctly)
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Brandon Pettis
