Hello Investors!

Happy 2022! We hope you had a great time celebrating the holidays with friends and family.

With a new year ahead of us, it’s the perfect time to write out the goals we want to achieve and create the plans on how to get there. It’s also important to maintain a positive mindset throughout the year and push through the inevitable challenging moments.

This month, we’ll be discussing that topic with Tereva Jacobson, a full time real estate investor from Maui, as she shares about having the right mindset for success in 2022.

Tereva was raised by a single mother in Tahiti and moved to Maui at 18 years old. She has a background in finance and dancing and in 2018, had started an all-girl dance school. Following shortly after, she went "all in" in real estate investing and since 2020, has done wholesaling, created a rental portfolio in both Hawaii and on the mainland, and has paid down $100k in debt by partnering on various flipping projects. Tereva's goals are to promote a healthy mindset about money, to continue building a cash flowing rental portfolio, and to pass this knowledge onto anyone wanting to learn and be successful through real estate investing.

This meet up will take place on Zoom on Wednesday, January 26th, at 7PM HST.

I know what you mean. I live in Hawaii and it’s quite difficult to cash flow here, so I’m investing in Kansas City. Try a quick search for cash flowing markets and research a couple of them. If you need any help, lmk I may be able to assist you.
