Hey BiggerPockets family—

I’m Brandon from Illinois. My background is in senior living, where I’ve been working on building cozy homes for older adults—think 10–20 residents in a house instead of the 200-bed big-box model. It started after my own family had a tough experience, and it’s turned into my mission.

I joined BP because I want to learn from folks who’ve scaled niche real estate models, raised capital the smart way, and built businesses that balance returns with impact.

Outside of work, I coach youth softball/baseball and get humbled weekly by 12-year-olds who play better than I ever did.

Looking forward to connecting, sharing, and learning with you all.
