Hello all! 

I'm glad to be here. I've been trying to find a team to invest with for years now and I think I found the platform to find a team or do it on my own with some creative financing. 

I am off half the year and would love to start networking at some meetings near Katy. Or even lending a hand to someone who needs it, with the intent to learn of course.

The game plan is using the BRRRR startegy for long term holds. I'm currently just researching and hoping to make my first purchase by the end of the year after hearing the BP podcast about a 90 day goal. Hoping for 1 to 2 properties a year.

Any assistance or prayers would be welcomed! Glad to be here and I look forward to learning. Thanks in advance!
