@Corina Eufinger

I plan on moving to Lakeland with my girlfriend who is going to school down there. I would be open to doing long-distance investing because I know this market very well and there is very little turnover.

@Michael Nyszczot

I will for sure check that out! Thank you for the suggestion.

Hi Katie, my goal is to have a better understanding of buy and hold investing, learn my market better, and practice analyzing deals so that when I'm finally ready to buy my first property, I can run the numbers confidently and know I'm getting a good deal.

My big goal for this year is to buy my first buy and hold property before I turn 20 in November. As of right now, I'm unsure what career path to go down, so the extra cash flow would give me a little more financial freedom because as of right now I'm making a little over minimum wage.

@Kenneth Littrell

Thank you! My girlfriend of three years moved there for college. We're hoping to move in together once she's allowed to live off-campus. The goal is to hopefully buy my first property where I'm at first though because my market is very good right now, and we have low vacancy rates on rentals.

Hey everyone, my name is Brandon Salm, I'm 19, and I live in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. It's about an hour north of Milwaukee. I may not be here long though because I'm hoping to move to the Lakeland, Florida area within the next year and a half. Currently, I'm just educating myself and saving up to buy my first buy and hold investment property. Thank you in advance for all the help that you give me! I can't wait to learn from all of you.
