Good evening all, Does anyone know of any lenders in the Richmond Virginia area or nationwide lenders that are currently participating in VA rehab/supplemental loan programs? I was informed from one lender today that they have suspended those loan programs due to Covid-19. Any help is greatly appreciated! Even a conventional rehab loan would be sufficient for what I need.

Steven is this the questionnaire you use as a "pre-screening approval" usually done via phone conversation?
