Hi!  My name is Brandy.  I moved to Portland from Nashville, TN about three and a half years ago.  I kept my house there and rented it out when I moved, managing the property myself.  I recently decided to turn it over to a property management company when I purchased another property here in Portland.  Working full time in health care, singing in my spare time and renting out a property on the east coast was becoming a bit daunting while rehabbing the latest purchase.  My goals in real estate investing are humble, but my partner is aggressively seeking to invest as quickly as possible, so we will see if that influences me at all.  He is the one who introduced me to Bigger Pockets.  We listen to the podcasts every day, and he is learning a lot very quickly from the forums.  Thank you for reading my post.  I look forward to learning from you all, and hope to be able to share some of my experiences with you as well.
