Hi everyone! My husband I are looking to purchasing our first investment in a multi-family property in Las Vegas. We were hoping to find a dp assistance program to not put in as much cash in, but our interest rate would go up. We have the money to invest without the assistance, but with the way property prices are here, we won’t see our initial investment back until after 6 years. I know the best time to invest is now, but we are skeptical that the numbers don’t add up to a good buy/investment at the moment. Any advice or other investment opportunities?
