just wondering how your journey is going?

Hello, I was hoping someone can show me how to analyze a market for wholesaling potential. should I just look for high population areas? any advice is much appreciated! Thank you!!

I would suggest start learning about wholesaling run down properties. The greatest thing about wholesaling is the only thing stopping you from doing a deal right now, is the knowledge you are missing. No cash is needed, No credit is needed. Look up Max Maxwells videos on wholesaling.

The only other thing I would recommend is its really important to stay patient and trust the process!

I live an a beautiful small town in colorado few a population of only a few thousand people. I have been learning about wholesaling for a while now but unfortunately most properties are occupied by retired cupples. there are very few houses that may have potential, and the ones I have looked into want more than market value for their properties... any tips on finding better leads or other investment strategie ideas would be much appreciated!!! I do not have very much cash, and I have no credit.... but I am determined to invest in real estate as soon as I possibly can... thanks! -Brendon

Hello! I am a 20 year old guy trying to learn as much as possible about real estate wholesaling/investing so that before long I can start marketing and making deals happen. I would love any and all advice that might help me accomplish my goals! please let me know of any good books or (cheap) courses that may have helped you get started.
