Hello everyone! I was curious if any of you have had experience with owning and renting out metal houses. I hardly ever see them for rent, and you can buy them for fairly cheap. Any advice?

I’m just getting started in my RE journey, and I was wondering if purchasing foreclosures or buying some houses from auctions would be a good idea?

Any tips on how to find good deals on buying houses would be greatly appreciated!

@John Casmon how has your experience been with owning apartments? I’ve been trying to figure out if single family or multi family would be better for me.

Hey @Cassi Justiz . Not yet. I just turned 20 and I’m trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. Are you familiar with the Oklahoma market?

@Frank Geiger Your absolutely right! I just planed to move out of the duplex in around 5 years or so years and rent out the part I moved from. I live in Oklahoma, and I was wondering if you have had any experience here?

My girlfriend and I are looking to buy our first house together and I need help. Would it be a smart idea to purchase a duplex and rent out the other part and do a house hack type of a deal? Then in five years or so when we are ready to move into a actual house we could rent out the other part of the duplex we were in. Is this a good idea?
