@Leo R., appreciate the input. The different layers of this potential deal are exactly why I’m reaching out for input/help. I’m fully aware that this would be complicated and I’m hoping to gain insight and knowledge from pro’s who do have experience in something like this.

@Zach Lemaster not necessarily. I’m open to several options. I know that it can only be decided into three additional lots there is one existing. Land is scarce and I would like to put my hands on as much of it as I can right now. This is out of reach for me without some sort of partner/caption 

Hey all, very green and new to real estate investing. Had a conversation with someone today and found out the owner of 160 acres across the street wants to sell. He leases the current house to a wedding venue and the wedding venue wants to sell also. I don't have much detail but can't stop thinking about potential opportunities here. Anyone in the DC, MD, VA area have experience with buying land and want to give me some pointers?

Hey Mark, I've been looking into Mobile homes. Can I ask what your evaluation process was? Also do you have rentals now?
