Questions about potential opportunity
Hey all, very green and new to real estate investing. Had a conversation with someone today and found out the owner of 160 acres across the street wants to sell. He leases the current house to a wedding venue and the wedding venue wants to sell also. I don't have much detail but can't stop thinking about potential opportunities here. Anyone in the DC, MD, VA area have experience with buying land and want to give me some pointers?
