Owners want to buy a triplex. Asked me what I think they should look for. We want to avoid mistakes during the process or even better OVERSIGHTS. What should I look for when purchasing? Any advice would be appreciated. Have a good weekend everyone!!!

@Evan Polaski the former owner does not have move in pictures. Plus with the virus situation being around people is not a good idea. Is it really risky to wait?

@Evan Polaski thanks for the info Evan. Do we just purchased the property in late January knowing the tenant was moving out. I plan on using ZInspector for the move out inspection. Issue is she did not have a security deposit as the former owner did not require. We are redoing the carpet, paint along with other additions. Typically do you do an inspection with them before they move out? Thanks!!!

About to renovate a unit of a duplex. When talking about upgrades to the unit what are the best upgrades to A.) attract more potential tenants and B.) to charge more rent?

@Jeffrey Paye you will get a better idea of how to set rent price from the market. Rentometer is a good start though.
