I’m looking to invest in Nj (Buy and hold) but I’m fairly new to the area and would like some suggestions on towns and places that are worth the investment. I’m thinking of buying a multi family home, using the hacking method while I still work in Manhattan. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you
