I'm a new investor looking at the Mid-Term Rental (MTR) strategy in the Salt Lake and Utah County markets. My initial research on Furnished Finder and Airbnb suggests high availability, making me wonder about saturation.

For current MTR owners in this area: What is your actual experience with demand and vacancy rates right now? Do you still see this as a viable strategy for a new investor entering the market?
