i haven't seen this one posted yet. When i went to a ted thomas coarse, he had water bottles, nice gift wraped envelopes (looked like a little present sort of), pencil cases, tubes with papers in them and something that rattled when shaked... I think basically what you need to do is just go all out and put your creative mind to work, thanks for the great topic Micheal!
