I have 4 long term rentals in another state.  I can never get a hotel room there, and Air BnB’s are scarce, so this tells me there may be more opportunity in the short term space.  I have a capable manager but they have never handled short terms.  I think they are willing to but i am going to have to give them the template for how it works, and show them how they can make more money this way.  Can’t really find anything like this on the web.  Anyone point me in the right direction?
