Hi and thanks for the feedback, sorry it took me so long but it's been a hectic week since I've posted. It's weird that a lot of the gurus tell you to form an LLC in Nevada or Delaware etc. and they never mention forming one in the state where you conduct business.

Why waste time and money forming in states (like Delaware etc.) if you're not going to conduct business in that state(s)?

Hello there - I have to form an LLC for a few different reasons. I reside in Taxachusetts and most of my 'deals will be either in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Can i form my LLC in another (cheaper) state? Mass fees are $530 per year and I am just a Newbie, every dollar counts. Thanks, Brian (Massachusetts)
