You’re probably over thinking it... I have a website for my investment business but honestly I don’t think the tenants utilize it.


the most important domain names you need are Zillow.com, hotpads.com, etc which is where potential tenants will find your properties.

I now have 3 vacant units and I’m struggling to decide what to do... I have been showing them and have some interested parties but I’m concerned they might stop  paying after the first month. Shall I take the 1st and security deposit money and hope for the best or stop advertising and wait it out?  

Financially, my section 8 units could pay for all of the other properties so I would break even if all the others stopped paying all together. It just seems like a headache to rent them out and then worry about evicting them and dealing with damages etc.


I appreciate any input...
