Hey everyone I am planning on setting up an LLC for me and two of my friends to start flipping properties. We are completing our first flip and as soon as that one is done we plan on building a house on the lot next door that we purchased with the original house. I was wondering If you guys knew a good lawyer and a CPA to help me get started on the right foot. I would prefer someone in the South east Texas region ( Houston to Beaumont ).

What types of contracts you would recommend for 3 partners doing a flip together? What type of contract would be recommended when partnering on a buy and hold?
