Hi! My name is Brittani Gonzalez, and I'm currently located in Chicago. I do not yet have a background in real estate, just a very strong interest in starting out. I'm moving to California for about 4 months, and while there, I plan to take the courses online to get licensed in Illinois as a real estate agent. My plan at the moment is when I move back I can start by getting into property management and real estate, but my biggest interest lies in investing in multi-unit homes. I heard about Bigger Pockets from another member (I have no idea how to tag him in this post!) and I'm very excited to learn as much as possible. Any tips and advice you have, I'm more than happy to hear! :)
