Regarding building a buyer's list, I think most on here would agree that is the 'easy' part and shouldn't be your focus - find a home run of a deal, and you shouldn't have any trouble finding buyers.
To that end though, a great start is by networking here on BP, and I'd highly recommend investing in a Pro membership - you'll have the ability to post your deals in the Marketplace, along with a host of other benefits.

Thanks so much for the advice if I replied to this the wrong way I apologize in advance! I read in an ebooks that it would be easier to find buyers and find out what they are looking for then find the deal! It was called reverse wholesaling. Has anyone heard or tried it?
