Does anyone know of an insurance company who will provide coverage on a 4 unit property, with an LLC as the named insured? I've found insurance companies who will do either 4 unit properties or LLC as the named insured, but haven't found one that will do both. This can't be an unusual situation to be in, how are small multi-family investors insuring their properties?

Does anyone know of a lender who will provide a HELOC on a primary residence in the 3rd lien position? The second lien is from some downpayment assistance, and it will be forgiven in about 8 months so I'm not interested in paying it off. However I've also confirmed they will not subordinate their position.
