Hey all you awesome people out there,

The Goal: I want to buy some houses. Some nasty houses. Some houses that most other people don't like to look at or deal with. I want to make those houses pretty, and offer them to a nice family to live in.

The Problem: I live in NYC, and everybody likes to look at and deal with all the houses around here. Demand exceeds supply, and prices exceed my bank account.

The Solution: You! You or someone you know has been wholesaling, researching, doing deals or thinking about doing deals in some neighborhoods in NY, NJ, CT or even Pennsylvania (within 2 hours drive of NYC) and there are just too many deals for you to handle yourself!

There are so many deals in fact that you would love to share the info, the expertise and the love with someone with some energy, some experience, and some cash.

Any and all suggestions, zip codes, names, information or connections and I'm all ears. Hopefully this info will be extremely useful for all the other frustrated New Yorkers out there.

Keep being awesome.

Hey welcome @Adam Shbib Sounds like you have a solid plan in place and I wish you all the success in your journey! If you're trying to take the salesperson's license course in NY there's a groupon right now offering it for $150 check it out:

http://www.groupon.com/deals/real-estate-education-center

Also you need to park your license with a broker to get access to the MLS/have a valid license (correct me if I am wrong), have you thought about who you will work for/with?
