I am still researching my first property.

BTW: Have you ever attended the monthly Greater Cleveland Real Estate Association Meetings?  I was planning on going in January (I was sick in December).  

Are there any other meetings in town you would suggest to network and possibly find Property Managers and/or construction firms to help with the renovations?

Thanks so much for taking the time to offer so many great suggestions on reviewing the Property Management Agreement and leases. These are very helpful pointers and suggestions.  I will also check with the NARPM organization to see if they can be of help in locating reputable firms.  

Good point on asking for references from other Landlords and tenants.

Greetings Bigger Pockets Family

I am in starting out in building my rental property portfolio.  I am looking for recommendations for reputable property managers that can manage my rentals as I get them ready. I want to devote my time to researching the deals and not to the day to day management. Properties will be in the western suburbs, including Elyria and possibly as far south as Wooster. Can you help with any recommendations?
