I found my first seller financing deal ( 2 units) driving for dollars. I drove for 4 months, 2 times a week. It was 100% worth it. Best deal (terms and cash flow) I have ever had.

Hi
Looking to connect with operators in Kansas and Missouri.
I am interested to invest in the LP side in that market but I am also looking for GP connections as my team has been having a full pipeline of deals between 20 - 100 units in C neighborhoods.
Lets connect !
Cheers

Hi Peyton. Are you looking to buy for yourself or as a group in a syndication mode? Do you have any idea of what markets you are looking for?
