Hello all, 

I am relatively new to the Real Estate investment game and my wife and I will be purchasing our first property next year utilizing the House Hacking approach with a Handy-Man special. We are leaving San Diego, CA to move home to Cincinnati, OH in Feb and will be starting then. My question is, what are some of the best sites each of you leverage to determine Comparable Sales values for a property as well as the sites for Comparable Rents in the area. There are so many sites out there and I wanted to seek out some help from current investors on which sites are the most accurate and reliable, perhaps specifically within Cincinnati, OH if at all possible but not necessary.
