I am a current real estate investor in Alabama with 30 rental units looking to add more. In my search through Alabama I have come across some deals that I was unable to close on. Looking for buyers that can close deals to pick up over-flow. DM contact information and what kind of property you are looking for and what price range you are able to close on. Basically bird dogging for myself, but looking to wholesale deals that are out of my price range or geographic area.
