Welcome to BP! This is a great place to get started with your investing goals! Are you only looking locally long term, or do you ever think you might branch out to other markets with different ROIs?
Right now I just want to focus in my local area. Since I'm a bit familiar with this market, I would like to get my feet wet here first in this market, then see how it goes from there. I'm looking for long term cash flow by buying and holding since I work FT.
