Hello, I am newbie when it comes to this wholesale business. I am really interested and I'd like to learn more. I've watched countless YouTube videos but there is something I dint understand which is the detailed process.

What do you do after the seller accepts your offer?

I am aware that you have to get a buy and sell agreement? But does the agent take care of that? And if so, how i can tell him to put the clauses that are going to protect my earnest money? Since he is doing the contract, and not me?. Once I get a buyer what should I do? I know I have to get a title company but im confused what if the seller says that he has his own title company/escrow? And what if his title company isn't wholesaler friendly?

I'm so confused, please i need DETAILED examples and explanation about the whole process ?
