@Devin Peterson how would you go about finding an equity partner? I have a lot of connections in my area, would you just start asking around if anybody is interested in being an equity partner?

@Chris Seveney that's kind of where my head was at. What's the best way of connecting with an equity partner in this fashion? Everybody I've talked with has only been able to connect me with HML and PML's.

Hello, looking for some advice here! I'm looking to do my first fix and flip, but don't have any capital to do so. If I get a property at a good enough price, will a PML or HML fund the entire purchase, closing costs and the rehab? Or is there no way to get around paying a portion of the purchase and closing costs?

I know you can do seller holdbacks for this as well, but if possible I'd like to just fund everything through one source.

Hello! Newby here! I have been wholesaling for a few months and have my first few properties under contract! I plan to create a wholesaling business to launch my career in real estate, and then begin to get into long-term investing and flipping once I have the capital. Excited to be here and to learn from those that have come before me!

I have a property under contract in N Conway, NH. It is a 1,000 sq ft mobile home on a private 1/4 Acre lot. I’m having a hard time moving this. Any advice from others with experience moving such a property?
