Juan Ramos I to am considering building primarily because I think I might be able to get more bang for buck the quotes I got were around 150-200 per square ft Pm Juan Ramos I'd like to see if your wanting to take on any partners in the near future and also see how things go for you
Bram Spiero Jay Hinrichs it's not a commercial deal it's a duplex priced super cheap market rents are about 200$ higher than what they are at now One unit is owner occupied and the other is a family friend renting at 500 Both units with a little TLC could easily rent for 700$ The property is listed @90k

Melissa Landry any episode with Ben Laybovich is good same with Brian Burke I've listened to episodes 1-152 and I've learned a lot so much I got into my first 2 properties no matter the title of the episode or niche you want to specialize in I suggest listen to them all Brian Burke you have given some really solid advice man

so I saw a MFR deal I must have. I won't get to much into the details. Great deal but I can't get a mortgage at the moment I can either pay cash for it (don't want to but can) or my idea

Can my dad get a mortgage for the property with assign to and then transfer it to me?

Would I have to qualify with a bank? How would this work? 

Is this property still available?

Seller Financing?

I'm not to sure if it's actually 100k But if you do it right you can typically build something cheaper than you can buy it I'm getting estimates now from local home builders and contractors The prices in seeing are around 75-80$ per sqft And that's with out me buying the materials If I buy the materials I know I'll save more money and I might even be able to pay the contractors hourly I'm not sure I'm still figuring that out
