@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for your feedback, Jay. So, if it is one a business credit card it should be linked to your EIN number and not your SSN. (capital one I believe is the only exception to this) So when people pull your personal credit score, these accounts will not be seen. Or at least that is the idea. 

But again, I don't know any of that with certainty, just trying to learn!

I have heard several people obtaining 0% APR business credit cards, pulling the cash off the cards, and purchasing $40-50k rental properties. I understand the process, but how are these properties being refinanced after? Do these people have to wait the 6 month seasoning period, or is there another way? Thanks!
