Anyone purchase rental homes with 0% APR business credit cards?

I have heard several people obtaining 0% APR business credit cards, pulling the cash off the cards, and purchasing $40-50k rental properties. I understand the process, but how are these properties being refinanced after? Do these people have to wait the 6 month seasoning period, or is there another way? Thanks!
