Anyone purchase rental homes with 0% APR business credit cards?
I have heard several people obtaining 0% APR business credit cards, pulling the cash off the cards, and purchasing $40-50k rental properties. I understand the process, but how are these properties being refinanced after? Do these people have to wait the 6 month seasoning period, or is there another way? Thanks!

and keep in mind you run up massive credit card debt like this and your fico goes into the toilet and now you cant refi because your fico to low !!
