I am under contract for 16 properties(30 doors) and I am wondering if I pay for individual inspections and Cl 100 reports? 
The bank will have Appraissor check them all. Trying to avoid the cost of all the reports and we have never purchased  this many at one time. Thanks and God bless. Bryant.

How do you get around laws that only allow 4 mortgages at one time?

@Nicholas Aiola if I sell a property for a profit can I use 1031 if i take the money and pay off a mortgage on another rental property? Selling property A and want to use this money to pay off existing mortgage on another rental instead of buying a new one. Thanks in advance for your help. Bryant Stokes
