Just starting out in real estate and had a question as to when would you leave your 9 to 5 to pursue real estate full time. Would you wait until you have 2 or more properties. Can anyone give any suggestions.

My name is Bryan Williams and my wife and I just established our new business "Qualiti For Life" and we are very new to real estate, no properties or anything yet. We live in the Frisco TX area, recently moved to Texas will be a year this month as we are life long New Yorkers. We have been watching and listening to Bigger Pockets for the last half of a year and we are very interested in using the BRRRR process to begin owning property. I am writing to see if there is anyone in the Frisco area that may have started down this road already and can give insight or share their experiences. Looking to engage in conversation with like minded people in the area as we begin our journey in to Real Estate.
