Hey friends! I'm looking at applying for a business credit card and setting up tax ID information. I'm just starting out in real estate investing and I'm looking for my first deal right now. I don't want to register as an LLC right off the bat. If I apply for my EIN as a sole proprietor am I able to switch the EIN on to an LLC in the future or will I need to file for a new EIN. Hopefully this isn't a dumb question and the answer isn't glaringly obvious! Thanks in advance!

Any tips for balancing 18 credit hour classes, 40 hour work week, and managing my investments? Should I wait until I graduate to purchase more units? Hire a property manager?

I’m a full time college student from Columbus, OH working on getting my degree in business with a specialization in real estate. I’d love to hear stories and suggestions about investing in the greater Columbus area. I’d also love to hear from others who balanced real estate investment with college classes and working a job as well. Thanks in advanced!
