The thing I worry about with mint and personal capital is putting the access information to all your financial accounts out there on the web in one place and then that website getting hacked...

A lot of people like the landlord locks, but I've not tried them. I bought the kwikset ones you can rekey yourself recently... we'll see how it goes on the next turnover. I've changed the whole lock previously.

Well you have the big ? On your expense projections that is HOA fees and when the HOA will raise them, or when they'll levy an unexpected special assessment, or if they'll vote to amend the rules and restrict or ban your right to rent your condo...
