As a realtor , how do I locate good investors ? What shows as value to investors when it comes to teaming with realtors , how investors like to be approached, where do you find them at ? 

Need some reliable contractors  , thats quick and wanting to build their profile. I  got a lot of homes in need of rehab , renovation .

Hello I am a realtor I find great homes to fix all over California especially orange counties and la :) majority of them being off market so better deals , And less competition.
